  • French Onion Soup (Caramelized onions, hearty beef broth, croutons, mozzarella, Gruyère)
  • Truffled Mushroom Bisque (Creamy mushroom soup, white truffle essence)
  • Apple + White Cheddar Salad (Farmers greens, sharp cheddar, apple, toasted walnuts, cider vinaigrette)
  • Roasted Beet + Goat Cheese Carpaccio (Roasted beets, whipped goat cheese, arugula, pistachio, white balsamic vinaigrette)

ENTRÉES

  • Steak Marsala (Broiled 8oz flat iron steak, pommes puree, wild mushroom cream sauce, veg du jour)
  • The Homestead Chicken Valdostana (Frenched chicken breast stuffed with fontina, prosciutto, sun-dried tomato, lemon caper butter, wild rice, veg du jour)
  • Pan-Seared Faroe Island Salmon (Hard cider beurre blanc, sautéed spinach, apple celery root purée)
