- French Onion Soup (Caramelized onions, hearty beef broth, croutons, mozzarella, Gruyère)
- Truffled Mushroom Bisque (Creamy mushroom soup, white truffle essence)
- Apple + White Cheddar Salad (Farmers greens, sharp cheddar, apple, toasted walnuts, cider vinaigrette)
- Roasted Beet + Goat Cheese Carpaccio (Roasted beets, whipped goat cheese, arugula, pistachio, white balsamic vinaigrette)
