Broadway Star, Milford, Pa. Native John Pinto Jr. to Perform at The Eldred Preserve

Milford native John Pinto Jr. and his Broadway co-star, Jaron Barney, continue The Bradstan Cabaret Series with their one-night-only show, “Love Letter to Broadway,” on Sunday, Sept. 15 at 7 p.m.

The dynamic duo, who performed together for nearly two years while on tour with “The Book of Mormon,” will reunite once more at The Eldred Preserve for an evening of energy, entertainment, and of course, Broadway hits. Their collaborative “Love Letter to Broadway” seamlessly pairs Pinto’s instinctive talent and powerful vocals with Barney’s spirit and lyrical prowess.

“We are overjoyed that John and Jaron are returning to The Bradstan Cabaret Series,“ said Scott Samuelson, chief operating officer of The Eldred Preserve. “The talent and charisma that this pair brings to the stage is exactly what makes this series come alive, and we can’t wait for our guests to experience the magic.”

Since meeting in 2017, Pinto and Barney have each continued sharing their talents, performing in well-known venues across New York. In 2023, Pinto starred in the debut of Barney’s first completed musical work, “OUT: A Queer Songbook,” at the iconic 54 Below, a Broadway-themed nonprofit supper club in New York City.

Pinto’s roles in professional productions, from Bristol Riverside Theatre’s production of “Altar Boyz” in 2009 to his Broadway debut in “The Book of Mormon” in 2011, have earned him strong praise along with multiple accolades. Pinto is a Roger Sturtevant Musical Theatre Award winner, a Carbonell Award winner for Best Actor in a Musical, and a Barrymore Award nominee for Outstanding Leading Actor in a Musical.

The final performance of The Bradstan Cabaret Series’ 2024 season features The Eldred Preserve debut of comedian Maureen Langan. The series incorporates performances across a variety of genres, including classic cabaret, Broadway tunes, Rock + Roll, Motown, and comedy.
