The property’s ponds are purely aesthetic features, but fishing on Sunrise Lake will be available to all NY-licensed overnight guests. All fishing is catch-and-release only. Please note that The Eldred Preserve does not participate in any stocking programs.

There is a two-night minimum stay for weekends. There is no minimum stay requirement for midweek stays, Sunday-Thursday (exclusions apply).
Luggage storage is available to guests of the hotel through the Front Desk and Bellman at no charge. Luggage can be held at the hotel during your stay for up to 24 hours. The hotel is not responsible for luggage stored after 24 hours.
On-site parking is available with unlimited in and out privileges. Overnight parking is included in your Guest Amenity Fee.

Yes! The outdoor pool and hot tub area is seasonally open 8 a.m.-8 p.m. Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty; swim at your own risk. We do not allow smoking or glass of any kind at the pool. All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Swimming while under the influence of drugs or alcohol is not permitted.
Yes, the hotel has a 24-hour fitness studio and features state-of-the-art cardio machines as well as free weights.

All rates are based on double occupancy. Maximum occupancy is two for a room with one bed.
