ABOUT MARGO

A Drama Desk winner and Drama League nominee, Margo Seibert has proven herself to be a uniquely captivating and versatile performer, writer, and activist. After originating the role of Jane in Broadway’s first a cappella musical, “In Transit,” she co-starred in Dave Malloy’s “Octet” for its world premiere at Signature Theatre and its West Coast premiere at Berkeley Repertory Theatre, starred as Ellen in “Unknown Soldier” at Playwrights Horizons and released her debut album “77th Street” on Yellow Sound Label. She is best known for her critically acclaimed performance as Adrian in the Broadway musical “Rocky.”
Beyond Broadway, Margo has become a sought after vocalist in a variety of concert settings, equally comfortable onstage at Carnegie Hall or rocking out with her band in the East Village. Alongside esteemed musical directors John Oddo, Tedd Firth, and Deke Sharon, Margo has performed in concerts at Carnegie Hall, Birdland Jazz Club, Feinstein’s at the Nikko, Rose Hall, Guild Hall, 92nd Street Y, National Gallery of Art, Hammer Theatre Center, Metropolitan Room, Edison Ballroom, Feinstein’s/54 Below, Joe’s Pub, Rockwood Music Hall, Le Poisson Rouge, The Cutting Room, The Green Room 42, The Greene Space, as well as with Charlie Rosen’s Big Band, The Canales Project, and the New York Pops. She can also be seen on television in “Boardwalk Empire,” “Elementary,” “Instinct,” “The Good Cop,” and “FBI International.”
