Jeanne was the Bradstan Country Hotel’s first ever solo performer in 1992 and it’s where she recorded her hit CD, “Live At The Bradstan.” She has earned a reputation as one of N.Y.’s finest singers in cabaret today, encompassing a wide range of performance styles, from jazz to classical to musical theater—an honest interpreter of the lyric in a genre that embraces a broad range of songs from the American popular music tradition. Jeanne developed her artistry at the original Bradstan Country Hotel, where she recorded her hit CD, “Live At The Bradstan.”
Appearing frequently in NYC, she has performed in venues such as the renowned Oak Room at the Algonquin Hotel, the FireBird Cafe, The Hideaway Room at Helen’s, in the Mabel Mercer Foundation’s Annual Cabaret Convention, and regularly on the stage of the beautiful Metropolitan Room in Chelsea. Originally from Freeport, Long Island, Jeanne is a graduate of the Crane School of Music. Her education and performing experience encompass a wide range of performance styles, from jazz to classical to musical theater.
Jeanne has shared her performing talents generously in such events as “The Amazing Singing Voice: A Celebration in Song, a benefit for the Schein Voice & Laryngeal Center,” the Manhattan Plaza AIDS Project Benefit, and Vocal Ease performances for seniors in NYC. In addition, Jeanne shares her joy of music with children in Orange County. She is a 2008 MAC Award winner for Female Vocalist, and a 2008 NY Nightlife Award finalist, both of which she received in 2004 as well. She has earned the Back Stage Bistro Award, the MAC Hanson Award, and in 2005, was presented with the Julie Wilson Award for excellence in cabaret on the stage at Jazz at Lincoln Center.
