Lorna Luft Kicks Off The Bradstan Cabaret Series at The Eldred Preserve

Lorna Luft, daughter of renowned film legend Judy Garland, will grace the stage for our opening night of The Bradstan Cabaret Series at The Eldred Preserve on May 25 at 7 p.m.

Kicking off the 2025 season, Luft will share adventures of growing up in entertainment, performing songs made famous by her mother, Judy Garland, sharing tales of old Hollywood and Broadway, and singing favorite tunes from the Great American Songbook.

“We are thrilled to welcome Lorna Luft to launch our summer in the Sullivan Catskills with an evening of marvelous entertainment,” said Scott Samuelson, the chief operating officer at The Eldred Preserve. “A spectacular talent, Lorna’s remarkable artistry and energy will make for an unforgettable start to our Cabaret Series.”

Luft’s career spans decades, from her early debut on “The Judy Garland Show” to roles in films such as “Grease 2” and television series including “Murder, She Wrote.” A Broadway and West End performer, she has headlined productions such as “Promises, Promises” and “White Christmas,” and performed at venues including Carnegie Hall and the London Palladium. Her work on “Life with Judy Garland: Me and My Shadows” contributed to the Emmy-winning miniseries.

The 2025 Bradstan Cabaret Series features a lineup of 10 performers, including Luft, Margo Seibert, Billy Stritch, John Pizzi, Donna McKechnie, Sally Mayes, Jeanne MacDonald, Judy Gold, Andrea McArdle, and Patti Greco Sunshine. The series includes performances across a variety of genres, including classic cabaret, Broadway tunes, comedy, and more.
