The Bradstan Boutique Hotel at The Eldred Preserve will offer guests a unique “jewel in the woods” experience in the heart of the Catskills, seamlessly blending the comforts of a bed & breakfast with the sophistication of a boutique hotel.
Each of its 28 luxury accommodations, designed by La Bossiere Interior Design & Decoration, features one of five custom interior environments, each with its own emotional feel and color palette.

Charcoal Theme
Our Charcoal theme features pops of red in a sea of charcoal gray. In this rendering, we see a plaid floor-to-ceiling upholstered headboard and platform bed, a desk area with red Chippendale armchair, and nightstands made from ebonized oak with white birch bark fronts. Standout pieces include white hair-on-hide ottomans and a large-scale modern red abstract painting.
Barnwood Theme
Our Barnwood theme features a monochromatic color scheme that provides a soothing experience for guests. A pair of queen platform beds feature floor-to-ceiling plaid headboards. This rendering also includes a writing desk, a lounge reading chair for window-side musings, and a unique cowhide pouf to rest tired legs.
Bluestone Theme
Our Bluestone theme features a floor-to-ceiling upholstered wall of blue and gray plaid fabric. Guests will surely sleep soundly in a romantic four poster bed made from white natural timber with a tufted bench upholstered in pale grey tweed. Additional furniture seen here includes Dutch reproduction oak chests at bedside with large pottery bedside lamps and a console table made entirely of a single tree root with a bleached finish to anchor the television.
Saddle Theme
Our Saddle theme features a color scheme of burnt umber linen walls, a fully upholstered floor-to-ceiling plaid wall and a wing-style bed of oak and leather. The living area in this rendering includes a fireplace with a built-in television, a saddle-colored leather chair, and a taupe textured sofa. An antique-white modern game table with geometric iron and a milk glass chandelier is flanked by espresso brown rattan chairs. This is truly a unique, luxury space for our future guests to enjoy!
Oakwood Theme
Our Oakwood theme is named for its large-scale tartan plaid wall anchored with an espresso colored carpet and taupe wallcovering. The whitewashed four-poster shaker-style bed is perfect for rest, and is flanked by Moroccan inlaid bedside chests. Additional furniture featured in this design includes a concrete dining table, a pair of modern wicker chairs, and unique white cowhide ottomans.
